Much needed weekend

First of all, I took a hiatus from the blog world.  I needed a week off and quite honestly it was such a crappy 2 weeks all around, I wouldn’t have had too much to say.  But we had a nice weekend and I am feeling much more relaxed.  Although, I am expecting the next two weeks at work to be crazy.  Time will tell!

Gracie is up to the same old stuff with a lot of new twists.  I have officially considered her into the “Terrible Two’s” stage.  Oh my, this girl can throw a fit that will make any toddler envious.  The thing is, it is not really like throwing herself on the floor or anything, it is simply just crying and crying.  Everything is mine, no matter if it really is or not.  She also tells us no A LOT!  But all in all, she is still my sweet baby girl and this morning proved it.  I woke up to her saying “Mama, Mama” then she gave me a sweet kiss, then she told me “I love you.”  What a way to wake up!

Yesterday we headed over to the zoo for their annual “Boo at the Zoo.”  I honestly enjoyed last years better because it wasn’t nearly as many people there.  It seemed it was the place to be yesterday.  Not to mention it was still warm (80 degrees), so Gracie got hot in her kitty costume, but we still had a good time.  She loves anything in water.  The monkey’s and the sea lion’s were her favorite.

Other then that we haven’t been up to much.  I promise I will attempt to keep up more.  Here are some cute pictures I took over the weekend.  Yet another thing I am learning about the “Terrible Two’s” is that she is not into getting her picture taken.  However, I managed to get a few!
